Its agents, lawyers, are merchants of misery. In modern time unlike days of yore, American judges squatting on federal benches are a gang of unelected lawyers in black costumes immersed in political ideologies. Oh, there are exceptions, but they hardly abound.
Lawyers tend to think in terms of technicalities. They emphasize detail over concept. Their points of view tend to be too narrow. As Jesus said of the Pharisees, they swallow camels while choking on gnats. -excerpt from Retribution Fever
The three, female Justices of The Left on the U. S. Supreme Court (SCOTUS) represent unsavory examples of all that is wrong with our system of justice; alas, they leave one prone to say “injustice”. She of the governmentally favored minority is less knowledgeable about the Constitution than “ella desde Puerto Rico que habla español”.
“Press one for English and y prensa dos para español.” ¿Español? Isn’t English the official language of the land? Didn’t President Trump declare it to be so, or did a court somewhere rule against him?
The highest court in the land is SCOTUS. Nine unelected lawyers in black costumes comprise SCOTUS. For the current Chief Justice, Roberts, the highest priority is to promote and maintain the authority and acceptance of the Court. He now faces a conundrum created by President Trump; namely, the Executive with its bombastic, dogmatic, egotistical president versus the Judiciary with its corrupt, politically-oriented judges. A constitutional crisis in the making. Which will win?
On 05NOV2924, a majority of Americans rejected rule by the Washingtonian Establishment via the Administrative State. Mr. Trump personified that rejection. The mob didn’t understand fully that for which they were voting. Now, it’s dawning on them. No more free lunch for the societal parasites by forfeiting the financial futures of their children and grandchildren and maybe their own financial present. Hard times now for a soft people, America? Gadzooks!
Apparently, President Trump understands that he has fewer than two years to save this declining nation on fire from itself. Given current trends, more than likely the societal parasites and their supporters will bring their voting behavior under the control of antecedents (See Part II of the novel, Inescapable Consequences) in the form of empty promises and eject the Republicans from Congress in 2026, replacing them with Democrats promising them the Sun, the Moon, and the stars gratis. Their doing so likely will signal the end of American hegemony,
Meanwhile, the Democrats will adhere to their heretofore success strategy of tying Mr. Trump in legalistic knots via the courts. Their doing so already has begun.
Take the case of Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia, an illegal alien from El Salvador. A judge for immigration ordered that he remain in these United States because returning him to his native land might put him in danger of harm from some of his countrymen. Who cares? Current judges through SCOTUS, nevertheless, have affirmed the initial ruling and ordered directly or indirectly that this criminal be returned to this nation where he has no right to be. Ironically, in doing so the courts themselves defy the law.
Criminal? Yes, entering this country illegally is a crime; therefore, Garcia is a criminal. Furthermore, domestic law states that sanctuary is granted only in a context of political persecution not in a context of social danger. International law states that fleeing one nation for another to avoid persecution allows the escapee to claim sanctuary only in the initial country wherein he sets foot and would be free of said risk, which for Garcia apparently was not these United States. Curiously, the Media seems to be hiding the name of said country from the public. What exactly was his route of travel to these United States?
This is the unenviable context in which Mr. Trump is operating as President. Some, if not most of the Judicial branch even at the highest levels, are ruling that some, if not most, of his policies and programs have little or no authority in the Constitution. If Mr. Trump defies judicial orders, what’s a lawyer in a black costume to do? Issue a warrant for a U. S. Marshall to arrest him at gunpoint. Whoops! Doesn’t doing so violate a previous ruling by SCOTUS about presidential immunity? The justices care not. SCOTUS simply reverses its previous ruling by calling the reversal a “clarification”. They’re lawyers, aren’t they? With the judicial branch seeking to arrest him should it seek to do so, what’s a president to do?
Whatever the case, even at this point Mr. Trump has only two options. The first is to admit defeat now and allow this declining nation on fire to commit suicide.

Allowing every illegal alien among the tens of millions here full “due process” is impractical to the point of insanity. An initial hearing then an appeal to the Board of Immigration Appeals then an action in a federal district court then an appeal to a federal court of appeal then an appeal to SCOTUS then and only then deportation if the illegal hasn’t died from old age. Such is the strategy, however, of The Left. Thus far, once again it seems like a winning one.
So, what’s the second option? To declare martial law. In the novel, Retribution Fever, temporary martial law allows for structural reform based upon the guidelines of the Scientific Method; namely, specificity, objectivity, and accountability.
What is the Scientific Method? It is the empirical, organized, structured means by which we humans investigate the world around us and within us. It rests upon the following three guidelines: Specificity, Objectivity, and Accountability.
specificity n.: Defining events in a way that differentiates those events from other events that may be similar but not identical.
objectivity n.: Referring to events that are observable and measurable either directly or indirectly; and
accountability n.: Observing and measuring events in a way that is verifiable and can be made public.[Optional Note: Measurement is a fundamental element in Biobehavioral Science. As such, it is consonant with the cosmic character of Nature, expressed in Physical Science by the Copenhagen Interpretation in Quantum Physics. The Copenhagen Interpretation states the following: It is nonsensical to discuss entities that cannot be measured. Copenhagen was the home of one of the fathers of Quantum Physics, Niels Bohr (1885-1962).]
Adhering to these guidelines offers the most powerful protection against evildoers whatever their stripes. Deviating from these guidelines allows evildoers to wreak their havoc upon the rest of humanity and often upon themselves.
Heretofore, the three, simple guidelines have been an anathema to most politicians, bureaucrats, and lawyers in these United States and throughout the rest of the world. It need not be so — neither here nor abroad. -excerpt from Retribution Fever
How many currently elected politicians, whether Democrat or Republican, would vote in favor of implementing such guidelines? A few. How many societal parasites and their supporters would favor such guidelines? Almost none. Does President Trump have the cajones to do that which survival demands? He didn’t in 2020 during the nationwide riots by the governmentally favored minority. Granted, he seems to have learned a lesson or two during the interim. Fate and fury have chosen Mr. Trump as the one and only.
Why is Great Britain great no more? Why does Britannia no longer rule the waves? Compare Queen Elizabeth I to Queen Elizabeth II. One ruled over the construction of an empire; the other over its destruction. Government!
